Who are these people ???? They call and say the IRS has issued a warrant for my arrest.

It keeps showing up

just received a call but no one responded when I said hello. 1-9-14 10:50.

This number called me over 30 times over a couple of weeks before I finally blocked them. Once I picked up and I think they were selling something.

Tries saying drove by your house and willing to buy it

got a call from this number saying I wond $350,0 something to do with the lottery but they wanted me to send $450 delivery charge for the check being delivered thru money gram to Andy Seymour.  Declined to do so.
