Millions Call

Called 4 times in less than a minute, left no voicemail

Someone spoke in a different language.  Call received at 1am EST. Is this a scam if so, how does it work?

The FCC received a complaint for Unwanted Calls from Eagle River, Alaska on 2019-12-09

Calls multiple times a day, never leaves message. Calls from several 702 numbers. Called number back, got a telemarketing company.

Your car warranty is expiring blah blah blah... garbage scammer.

Calls, however does not pass on msg

I received 2 text messages in the last 2 days. they are from this random number and are basically forwards of an audio clip with some guy from a tow company like, answering the phone, and some loud lady being like I JUST PICKED UP MY '92 AC-- (I assume she's going to say 'Accord' but it cuts off there) .. in the body of the text, one said 'hahha'  and the other said 'hahaha'. This makes no sense to me.
