getting on my last nerves!

We started getting calls from 'Jeffery Scott' on 2/15, asking for an employee. I took his name/number and said I would pass on since he didnt work in the office. He called over & over again, not listening to what I was telling him. He calls daily for hours tying up all our lines. We have blocked the number but he is still getting thru. He has now become extremely rude and demanding. Have tried reporting to the attorney general, the phone company, but no help

One of many calls about a car warranty, all the same but from many different phone numbers (and area codes).

Unwanted text to my cell phone.    They say they want to 'thank' me.for what?    Who knows!    They say call: 877-834-1586.    I think not.    I just want them to stop abusing my phone messaging.
