did not pick up. No msg. With a name just like 'Discount Center', we presume it is a solicitation. however it is a local no., therefore this might possibly be legitimate.

This number is from the WCMH 4 news and the show Daytime Columbus with Gail Hogan, if you received a call from this number you have entered for the calling for cash and Gail Hogan is calling for the cash amount that you have a chance to win if you guess the number correctly. :)
