Say Government and use local number

This telephone number continues to call my home during the early hours of the morning requesting to speak with my minor child.  When I try to explain to them that they cannot call a child they simply hang up on me.  I have tried to call it back but only get a message from Central Card Processing.  Sometimes I am told to hold and am then just disconnected but more often than not I get a message to visit their non-existing website and then disconnected.

Private Number, No Voicemail Left.

I received a document today titled: OFFICIAL PRIZE DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT; That I had won a grand prize of $1,100,000.00 and that I had until May 17, 2012 to call 800-338-5491. Says sweepstakes is sponsored by National Magazine Exchange.

Someone called and tried to as me about personal information then later hanged up without warning.
