Medtronic uses this company to place calls for them so their representatives can be more efficient. Unfortunately, this company uses robocall technology which hangs up if it detects an answering machine screening calls. Then if you do answer you are asked to wait for the net available representative. This gives the impression of a company that is focused on themselves and not the customer.
