Millions Call

They have called 3 times in the last week. They say nothing, I hear people talking in the background. As soon as I say hello they hang up. I call back and it goes directly to voice mail.

Called my Verizon cell phone, it rang twice then quit. I called it back and a recorded message said the Verizon number cannot be completed as dialed. Possible robocall.
