Call stating it is verizon wanting to discuss my international calls

I ordered some * from a Canadian * and have not received it. On my bank statement that it was charged to is the phone number of 800-383-7409. Unfortunately when I call this number I get nothing. Could you tell me who this number belongs to?

Got a text saying I won an iPad and to go to http://ipad.com.prizeform.com/ to claim it now - Will expire in 24hrs. Tried going to the site and saw many other like comments about it being a scam.... I am a virgin mobile customer and so were many of the ppl who left comments.... Not impressed but not sure what to do about it either?

This no. shows up on our friends telephone soon as we ring there instead of our no. do not recognise how this can happen. exactly what was this no. & where was this from. we do not believe there was a region code with 100.
