Issue reported to FCC on 2020-09-23 after receipt of telephonic communication from 754 704 4168

This ia a bill collector threating to take family memebers to jail. These are old Aarons accounts

On one occasion, the caller identified himself as a representative from Bell Mobility offering a cell phone package. In many other cases, calls from this and similar numbers beginning with (412) 211-# were met with no answer.

I received a call from this number at 3:03pm on Monday, September 10, 2012.
