3.30.2020 0841 I was called and I cancelled the call. Research showed "Vegas Scam" and no message left. I called this VoIP number out of Hayden AZ according to Whitepages to get: "You have reached a non working number"

Brand new phone number, called by this number, no voice mail

we get sms with this no. stating our msg is sent however we never ever sent a msg get the sms about every other week

Just got a text that sai, "Hey (my name), not sure if you or anyone you know still smokes. But www.123cigfree.com is giving away free e-cig trials. - Frank"

Got a text message from this number saying my membership in a secret club is accepted text Yes to accept -- I called the number and recording said the number you have called is not set up.

Like others it was a recorded message in Chinese. Likely fraud from reading the comments.

This number has called for the past two days. When I answer the phone they hang up.
