It was a call back from a scam call. It starts with a caller ID blocked or spoofed(fake caller ID) number. I know because they asked for the name I gave the recording. I also gave a different call back #. The name and # I give out is our city prosecutor. The scam starts with an automated call saying they are authorized by the Obama administration to reduce my mortgage. Press 1 to speak to a representative. Sorry all representatives are busy please leave your name and # and we will call you back. Well they do that so that when they call and speak to you live they can say they have pending business. That second call is now no longer a violation of the Do Not Call list. Well guess what it is because I never authorized them to call back at my #.

This guy, Brian Burgess, is trying to sell me stock in a gas station. Checked him out and he went bankrupt with Burgess Mobile Service to the tune of $1 million. He owes everyone in Homestead Fl. His wife Elizabeth S. Burgess is a deadbeat too. Stay away from them.

they say nothing just hang up every day 3x a day non-stop w/out fail every day! called back and it says the the person at extension 9 is unavailable and I leave a message and no one returns the call and when they do call back the next time thewy just hang up...it sucks I do not owe a dime to anyone or any company! so this is on my nerves!

They called twice in a row, so I decided to Google the number to see what comes up. And yup sure enough, this is the 1st web page result from my Google search. So naturally I called back! They presented themselves to be from Rogers. I have no patients for scammers and fraudsters, so I cussed him out and told him they are scammers and to f'off and leave people alone. This the fast clean summery, haha.
