Spam text claiming I won $1000 gift card

Calls 3-4 times a week, answered some guy wants to speak to head of household, about donating to cops, used to cuss the guy out;;; but now I { have land line} push any number on the number pad... sends loud beeeeeeep. Caller hangs up in about 5 secs.

Received a text from this number. "Can Conservative Party count on your support in the next federal election?" So much for the national do not call registry...apparently unknown to some and utilized maliciously by others. BTW...answer = "NO"

I was called from this number and no voicemail was left. No idea who it was.

I've been getting threating messages from this number constantly .

Call ID said merely New Jersey - a Google search says the number belongs to a Michael Sackman in Paramus.  No message left - a political call?
