i have been receiving threatening calls from this number

I received a call from this number from a person identifying himself as 'Reader Services.' It was some sort of magazine subscription scam where he told me I had to give a credit card number or my account would be turned over to a collections agency. He would not answer any questions about which company it was, how much I allegedly owed, what it was for or why they were calling now. He also said they could not send me documentation in writing. I invited him to call my attorney, but he declined.
