No comment but hurtful to know the truth

I got a call this morning from this number this morning, I silenced it first and then they called right back this time leaving a message from someone sounding either foreign and/or using voice distorting tool. The guy said his name was Dan Johnson, and said that there was an issue that was extremely time sensitive and if they don't hear from me or my attorney soon then there will be a situation badly enforced upon me. Did not say who they are with at all. I know this is a scam. Where do I report these calls? I had another similar call from a different number a few weeks back.

Calling me from different numbers all day. Many of them starting with 989.

its a shame that people call your phone just hold the line if thats not good enough for them theyll call back with music playing in the background or the children call back and play on the phone

Person represented himself as John Pruitt. Was at elderly mother's house for 3 hours, poured asphalt over drive and asked for $10,000. When asked by phone for details of what he did, he would not say. He just complained that he doesn't like people who won't pay him for work, threatened to sue, said a few vulgarities and hung up.
