FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

Get a lot of calls from them. Caller ID says Federal Financial. Call back gets you to IMF, a marketing group. If you answer when they call, they hang up after one ring. This is an auto-dialer and nothing could be worse marketing than calling our store repeatedly and hanging up when our personnel answer. Federal Financial products must be really bad if they use idiots like this for their marketing.

I JUST received a call a minute ago. I hit "IGNORE" on my cell. They called back. I hit "IGNORE" again and they haven't called back. No message either.

This was a insurance company calling to give a quote for an auto policy.

They are a debt collector but did not identify who they were until after they left their number twice including a toll free number. Was a hateful voicemail.
