Millions Call

My husband got a call from this number today. They were threatening legal action against him and said he was going to lose his job. The guy had a very heavy Indian accent and said his name was Gavin. Concerned, my husband called the number Gavin gave him and it said it was a non-working number. I called it and it said the voice mailbox was full. There wasn't even an outgoing message to identify who the number belonged to. The Gavin guy said my husband was to call a guy named Brian O'Connor at that number. The Gavin guy even left a message on my phone wanting to talk to my husband. I know that cell phone numbers went public recently, but this is just plain harassment and scare tactics.
