this # is being used by investigator becker, but he is giving # 866-352-3635 as a call back #, i researched the 866 # and found out that it is a collection company trying to con pleople

Man with a heavy accent called. When I told him I could not understand him,he finally asked if I had diabetes. Hung up.  Will not block him from further calls.  I agree.  I think it is a SCAM.  BEWARE
