She found my dog which was missing only a short time before search began. she will not return him. Police are no help.She called told me she had Zeus and was not going to return him. she got my name dogs name and my number from vet they didnt get her name.

Mumbling woman, possibly Spanish, repeating 'hi' & other verbage that was not understandable. . rang service provider to inquire & these people got not received any 220 connected complaints. The operator blocked this no. with our phone, therefore end 'o story :)
