call office phone every day and hang up when I answer it

Unsolicited call

had the ring two times on our mobile telephone today. soon as we picked up the call, the line is instantly disconnected to a dial tone both times. This weirds us out, as this happened two times. Once at 6:48 & once at 4:24. No name or a single thing on the Calling-ID as this is a mobile telephone ring.

This guy says he is 35 years old from California

My husband received a call from this number on his cell phone. The man told him he had won a half a million dollars and a new mercedes.from megamillion in Las Vegas. He gave his name as Jack Jones and the attorney's name as Linda Allen. Then he wanted me to go to a local CVS pharmacy and pay $299 for some sort of claim check. At that point my husband asked for a call back number to verify. He relunctantly gave this number.

I got a text saying "Thank you for being a BestBuy customer! It's customer appreciation day! Please visit www.bbuyday.net for your thank you gift from us!
