Calls every day, never leaves a message. Must not be too important.

Do not give this person, Mel Swanson, any information. Says he is calling from Civil Resolutions in Texas. When he was advised that we wanted him to mail us proof of a debt supposedly owed to Wells Fargo for overdraft fees, he became flustered. There is no debt owed. Also, he would not answer whether he was a debt collector or a process server since he told us if we didn't pay over the phone or set up a payment arrangement, he was coming to our house to serve legal documentation.

Calling all the time. Pain in the ass.
