Another spam caller supposedly from Breckenridge, Mn

I got one call on my job today and also at home. His name is Sam Johnson with some kind of accent. He told me that I was being sued and their job was to notify me of this, He was working for a law firm .Asked me about where I did my banking. I called him back to ask him about the legal documentation and told him I had no existing loan. Sounded so much like a scam, but really upsetting, because of the information that he had on me.
