This caller wanted to speak with the previous owner of my phone number. I have been getting calls asking for him for almost one year now. I tell the caller this is not his telephone number any more. She said this was a business calling for the former person who has this phone number. The caller ID was from Rockford Il.

Suspect a electric bill scam. Caller left message toask I call back with electric bill in hand. My bill is paid up.
