Just someone to move from

get a call from 817 numbers including this one every day or two.  Just hear a modem or fax tone, then it finally disconnects.  Sometimes caller ID says 'Texas' and other times it says 'Private caller.'  When I called this number I got a recorded message that the number is not in service.

My wife and I got a telephone call coming from this number earlier this afternoon and thought to post this right here

I got a text asking if I wanted to lower my mortgage, and was told that I could lower my payment by a fixed 2%

They said they were calling from the US Treasury Department and that there was a $5000 grant being issued to me. They asks my name, address, and age. I was call this number back and speak with Christy Woods, Account Manager. I call the number back and it was not in service. .
