Anyone know who belongs to this number?

I got calls from this number and they immediately hung up when I answered.  I called them back and they answered the phone 'Merchant Services.'  I asked to be removed from their calling list and the man I spoke with took my number and said I would be removed.  I attempted to block my caller ID the first time I called and got a message that the number was not in service, so they have a tool for screening out calls that are ID blocked.
