1 (954) 482-9744 FL, USA. This number called me offering a free heart and artery scan at a Irvine, Ca location off Barranca called St. Joseph's. The lady was really nice and explains the requirements. Must be age 40 to 72, not single, live with partner, minimum $55,000 income. I'm age 37, single, $43,000 per year income. I did not qualify. I'm sure they will try and sell you something once you are there. There are very few things in life that are free.
