Tried to call number back but it was disconnected

Location shows Murchison, TX
I do not answer unidentified callers.
No message was left.

No msg, most likely a collection company or IFS insurance premium financing

I received a call from this number and answered because it was a local number, it was a recording, Important information about your credit cards I hung up, called the number without the prefix and received a recording that this number is no longer in service. I am SICK SICK SICK of these robo calls and there seems to be no way to stop them. I have reported numerous phone numbers to the state but they just call from another number!!!! I think my next step; is to talk to an attorney since they are now calling my cell. If people would quit taking their calls maybe they would go out of business

Claimed to be an AT&T cellular rep

The no. didnt pass on a msg didnt say more than 'hi' soon as the telephone is picked up. There is lots of noise in the back ground of the ring.

I got a voice mail on my cell phone (caller ID as 951-808-3099) allegedly from Kaiser Permanente leaving 866-931-9045 as the phone number to call for an important member update.  When I called this number,it asked me to key in the phone number where caller left the message. I just hung up. It could be a scam.
