had a ring earlier today that our partner applied for payday loan. got all her private information. Some woman with a really heavy foreign accent. 1st attempted to say is a student loan he is attempting to collect on, & subsequently changed this to the payday loan. Threatened to have them arrested & had really flustered soon as we stated prove she took out this loan. Once we figured out this is a scam, we rang 'em back & threatened to arrest 'em when these people attempted this again. Claims to be with the Dept of Crime Prevention.

Call is a recording of some woman speaking in perhaps Chinese or Japanese. I don't speak either so I hang up. I get a lot of them. :(
