This person 'Dave Parker' tries to come across as a Process Server or some type of Legal Authority. According to Texas State Laws what this Person is doing is ILLEGAL ! Called 8 am on a Saturday morning. Answered and it was the Fax whine. This means they send faxes to a business they think is not open until Monday so their trash fax can be there when the business opens. Towing businesses are open on Saturdays.

Recorded call saying I was identified as being eligible to be a franchise owner.

They called me and said they just received a call from my number. I quickly said "No, you didn't" and hung up. I had not made any calls today, or since early evening the night before.
