I received a call from this number earlier today, they didn't left any message, when I called back I heard a message telling me that this number is not in service. By the looks of it, this is a spoof call from a company trying to bypass the "Do not call list". Do not waste your time with companies that are trying to hide their real numbers and their real intentions.

They call - I answer and they hang up. Call it back and the message says thanks for calling the campaign leave a message. For me the number is local. Sounds like a right wing republican campaign!!
