Caller has an accent from India, claims I applied for a payday loan, I've been approved and wants to proceed----IT's A SCAM!!!!!

This number showed up on my caller ID, had to do a 'double take' when I saw the amount of numbers as the phone rang. It showed up as 'WI, USA'. I didn't answer the call and no message was left.
