Millions Call

I get a call from 321-690-1718 every day on my cell. I don't answer since I don't know that number. I tried to call that number thruogh skype but every time it says that the mailbox is full.

This number calls my office every morning. It stays silent for a few seconds, then the call hangs up.

Left no message and tried texting the number and they sent me a blank message
