Continues to call leaving no message just dead air

called cell phone at 9:00pm at NIGHT!!! did not answer / no message left

I got one text, today, at 13:11; content: "Please call as @ (877) 481-5023. We've been trying to reach you about your $100 dollar rewards certificate to be removed fromfuture offers reply STOP"

we receiving the identical thing as Cheryl except somebody really picked up. these people were looking for our mother.
