Millions Call

Tonight I received countless calls, one after another from 509-382-51521. I have never seen a phone number appear on my cell phone with an extra digit. I finally called the number back and there was a 'disconnected' message. I tried again and it said I was trying to place an international call. I HAVE NO IDEA what this is! Does anyone know?

I just now returned a call to this number before 4am to get a busy signal? The White Pages has a name, address and mobile phone associated with the number, it also says VoIp. I did find in an internet search 3 complaints about this number.

This is actually a fax number that i was asked to fax my signed contract to, for a job offer that i had received by e-mail. i never applied for that job neither knew anything about the german company who contacted me ,
