Collections agency, stalking me, they have the wrong number

Yes, this person is calling night hours and is in Spanish. I told him I called the police...he said "go ahead"... he keeps calling... and will not stop. I have an old cell phone and can not block him.

I just saw I got a call from 216-712-8985 sometime around 1:00 a.m. in the morning ( it is now 7:30 a.m.). No message left, just the call. Perhaps accidental dialing. I hope!

I've gotten three calls from this number today. It has no ID when calling and they leave no message. I called the number back and it makes a fax sound.

These people pretended to be a deaf lady calling on a relay through an operator. They wanted to place a huge order with my company but before paying with a credit card they wanted me to western union them $1200 which I could add to the total bill for the order. English grammar was very poor. Beware of this scam.

Answered the call and pressed 1 to be connected to someone. They said they wanted to help me reduce my interest rates on my credit cards. I asked which one and he began to tell me Visa. I asked him to be more specific. When he couldn't be more specific I told him to please stop annoying me and remove my number from his list. He got upset and told me to f&$# myself. I told him to do the same!

Used as a prank... Needs to stop.
