Claims to be a guy in military. Picks up people from both FB & Instagram. Several profiles

I called back using *67, got a recording saying calls are not accepted from blocked #'s. I called back again without blocking and got a recorded message, saying it was something like subscription services and that my # is not recognized by their system as a subscriber - if I wanted to opt out of calls I should press 1. I didn't do this thinking it may be a trick. As far as I know I'm not subscribed to anything and have never received a call like that before. I live in SK Canada so any subscriptions I have are Canadian. Maybe not a coincidence that for the first time in 6 months today I also recieved a call from an old spam caller I thought I had rid myself - IPFax. I suspect the two are related spam callers.

keeps calling and hangs up

two calls and two voicemails from this number claiming to be a pediatrics clinic. i don't have children. no luck calling the number back
