Millions Call

Received a forwarded text with only my ph#... cannot locate business that goes to this number

Recieve a text asking me to 'add mya.hoo to facebook so we can chat its noninticali.' It doesn't even make sence and they knew my name!

"YOUR CAR WARRANTY IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE..."-CRAP
THEY ASK FOR YOUR CAR INFO, IF YOU SAY "YOU TELL ME WHAT CAR..."- THEY HANG UP

Called, I picked up, no answer. I called back and got a 'this is an attempt to collect a debt' recording. (Ummm.. I usually wouldn't have, but I'm awaiting a call back from Verizon repair, and it could have been them.) My land line (now broken, and soon to be gotten rid of entirely) has been on the do-not-call list for years, and is temporarily being forwarded to my cellphone (also on the list for years) which apparently started a slew of robocalls. How does someone take these callers to court for the statutory damages? And no, I don't owe anyone money. And if the robocalls seem like a sheer coincidence, the ringer on the landline has been turned off for months.
