called woke me up, then hung up on me. No voice at all.

This number was blocked by your block list, or Community block list. This was listed as "scam". This number is not a scam, it is actually PayPal fraud department. I had an issue with PayPal and they tried to call me. So again, you can take this off the list as "scam", it is PayPal. Just FYI.

Keep me on phone as long as they can repeating info about me and asking if it is crrect , then say they can get me a health insurance that is cheaper than medicare and then sends me to another foreign speaking person that as question over again then switch me to another person.

Says USPS has a package for me

Debt Collector. They won't leave me alone (they even break through my blocking list). This is ridiculous.
