Not sure who called on this number.no message left

multiple calls fromt hsi number over a period of 6 weeks, leaving no message. On calling the number back it goes to voicemail at extension 7103. At the end of voicemail activity asks to dial 0 for operator or 9 for phone directory. Never gets to operator. Phone directory does not work

Calls at odd hours of the day, trying to sell life insurance. Very persistent and extremely annoying. Continues to call even free being notified that I am on the do not call list registry.

This number sent me a text asking if I would support the Conservatives in the next election.
