Received a call on my answering machine from a Jason Riley stating I failed to show for a hearing in an arbritration case on 2/25/08. Never even received a notice of this hearing and I needed to call him immediately!

My caller ID said this is ERC

This guy is a crooked guy. He tells you he "knows which teams to bet" on and he guarantees you make money. If you don't do business with him he keeps calling from several different numbers and will leave threatening voice messages.

Did not answer, no voicemail left.
