Keeps calling over and ove but hangs up after 10 seconds no answers i call back and its got a high call volume

5 calls since July 28, 2013 8pm ish. There was No talking just silence in background, I called it back first time to see who it was, automated voice said please hold someone will answer your call shortly, then more silence. Next time goes to a voice mail. It's a sprint phone from Tulsa ok it said on white pages. They call in evening hours only, and a few tonight July 31, 2013. One time I pushed numbers on them and they pushed numbers back. I texted them asking who it was and please stop and no response till i said I've reported this number twice already then they called back. Then as I go online to search to find out how to stop the harassment and who # was they called again.
