Spoofing numbers for stalking.

At about 3:12 PM, this number called twice to the land line of a senior citizen friend of mine on March 7th, 2013. Previously, that very afternoon, she had gotten four 'unidentified' or 'unavailable' calls, which when she picked them up, all she got was a dead line. The call noted here actually had someone asking for my friend by name. She identified herself. A recording began. She hung up. On top of this, someone sent vulgar e-mails to my friend. I will not describe the photo image that came with one of them, but the caption had to do with 'dictators'. My friend wonders how anyone could have gotten her e-mail address, or even her phone number. I have reason to believe that the person behind this ugliness is the person who is running a collection agency out of his house 'right next door to mine'.

229-352-9768 calls my cell several times a week, i never answer for fear its some kind of scam and phone account will get charged bogus fees. i have called this number back several times. recording answers everytime, never says the name of the company just says our office is closed please call back monday thru friday from 7 or 8 am until 5:00 pm pacific time. i have called during these hours and still get the same recording. sounds like some sort of scam to me.
