they would keep calling me and when i finally picked up they knew my name and they wanted to know where i was and then i asked who they were and why they kept calling. They hung up the phone when i asked them that question.

If someone picks up, they use scared tactics to get you to pay them from Walgreens from an unregistered account. THIS IS A SCAM. If you hang up they continue calling back from Different numbers to scare you into paying. Don’t Pay.
