Places phone-call and does not respond once call is answered. If you try to call back the phone-call cannot be placed. Unsure if it's a robocaller or someone dialing. Does not leave voicemail.

These people call me at least once a week. If I answer they start telling me about their vacation rewards. I then stop them, tell thell I am not interested and to take me off their list. They assure they will and then a couple days later I get another call. How do I get them to stop calling?
