Millions Call

I've got this phone number by messaging, and the caller ID is unavailable. They never mention what they want or who to find, always using machine voice playback for messaging recording. I don't understand about this type of phone call. Does any one knows about this and how to block it?

did not authorize this call. it has taken over 85$ out of my account on sunday 2/27/2010. I would like this to be fixed asap
