Terrible robocall recording. claims that I am being investigated and legal action will proceed if I do not call and I live on the other side of the planet. Do not answer.

i get at least one call a day, if not more. when i answer there is no one there. if i try calling it says it is a non working number?? any one know what this is or whom the number belongs to?
