David Cook and his muti-million $ company called from 'IPM & Associates' saying that we had an outstanding balance and when I asked for more information he said he was going to put it down as a refusal because my husband wasn't on the phone; but I was trying to get more information and get stuff in writing. They said they sent papers in July and they tried contacting us also in July, which never happened. They said they left a message, then later in the conversation, stated that they were hung up on.
