Repeated calls to cell phone, no voicemail messages left.

rang me 8/19/11 at 8:32pm, ended up leaving no msg. soon as we rang the no. back we got a recorded message stating that no. is cut off. exactly what gives? Worried me as my son lives in that region code & our worst fears were subsequently on alert.

had three rings with this no. tonight. picked up one, this requested us to accept charges, & we did not hear exactly what this is about, therefore we pressed 1 to accept & subsequently the line went dead. rang the no. back & this is somebody in Guam who did not talk English. do not recognise that this is a 'scam' however surely strange, therefore i would watch out for this.
