Saying I have been chosen for a 500.00 gift certificate. Phone number changes daily

our partner & we happen to be getting rings for the last month with this no. I have not been picking up however these people often pass on a msg. we have 14 msgs with this no. & soon as we listen to 'em this was somebody speaking in a indian language. This was becoming therefore irritating!!!!! I do not recognise who these ppl are or even exactly what these people want. soon as we ring our mobile telephone provider there is not much these people can do to help us out either well except adding a new feature onto our telephone therefore we can block the no.

about four missed rings within a week -I rang back once & this seemed just like somebody at a bar who is relaying a msg for a buddy who is asking for somebody with a name that surely was not mine. -But these people keep on calling?

Has called my house on three different occasions at different times during the day. Never says anything, just hangs up after a few moments of silence despite repeated 'hello?s' from me. Tried calling the number back and got no answer.
