recieving this ring on reply machine a lot

I got a call from these people, they said they were from bell mobility and had a promotion for me, i asked the guy at the end of the conversation for his number, he gave me this number and the extension number 1015. Every time i call its busy and i dont get an automated service asking what the extension number is. Can you please tell me if i was scammed?

They just called and said I could get a free hoem security system for posting a company sign in my yard. Press 3 to opt out, press 1 for info.

Received a text message saying "unbelievable Mike http://example.com". But instead of Mike it was my actual first name. And instead of example.com it was some shortened URL that I did not click on.
