Company over seas locked up my pc and when I called they said they were Microsoft and downloaded a Trojan called Abby on my pc then wanted paid. So, this number is now harassing me

Received this call from Miami. No one left a message. I called to find out who it was and it was a black lady. At first she did not know what was going on. She then called back and said a man with white hair and a white beard was trying to reach me and that he was going to leave a phone number and PO box where I could contact him. I did not have any idea what this was about.
